Job Description: As the Regional Account Manager for the North, specializing in the DOOH (Digital Out-of-Home) outdoor advertising space at RydFree, you will be responsible for driving significant revenue growth by securing large local advertiser contracts. Additionally, you will manage a team of sales representatives located across the North of England and Scotland, ensuring both individual and team sales targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the DOOH outdoor advertising sector in the North of England and Scotland.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with large local advertisers.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Present and promote RydFree’s digital video screen advertising solutions to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and achievement of team targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market feedback, and advertising campaign outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role, preferably in DOOH outdoor advertising.
- Strong understanding of DOOH media sales and advertising solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Experience in managing and leading a sales team.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
